Azonobi Urges Anambra Young Women To Seek Platform For Networking

The Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Realty Pros Investment Global Limited, Dr Obinna Azonobi has urged upcoming and young women of Anambra State in Lagos to strive to get hooked to platforms, where they could network and add value to their lives and community.

Dr Azonobi stated this while speaking with journalists during the investiture, award presentation and fund raising of N200 million for Anambra State Women Association, Lagos at Villa Angela Hotel in Lagos for a permanent site at the weekend.

He was of the opinion that women should seek a platform, where they could come together and add value to their community.

According to him, this attribute is missing among the younger generation today, but that “through ASWAL, if you want to communicate to the whole women in Anambra State, you have already got one platform to reach out to them.

“Therefore, I encourage the younger ones, up-coming and female in Anambra State to always be part of their community, and be part of networking group for a sustainable growth.”

Speaking about the purpose of being at the event, Dr Azonobi stated that; “today, we were given an award by Anambra Women Association Lagos, so, we are here to support them and be part of the fund raising and we pledge to support them greatly.”

The real estate guru noted that the award presented to him showed that they are part of philanthropic organisations and community development, and that they are impactful.

“It means if you don’t impact, you are actually not going to be rewarded. So, for me, it shows our hard-work, contributions, and our efforts are being acknowledged. They say the reward for good work is more work, it shows our efforts are being recognised,” he said.

He then advised the government of Anambra State to provide more developmental projects in the state.

According to him, I wish Anambra State could replicate what’s in Lagos. Every local government in Lagos State is developed because people want to put their investment in a safe environment and Lagos is safe.

He therefore urged Anambra government to brace up for peace and security because nobody goes to where his or her investment is being threatened or having unrest everytime.

“So, if there’s anything they must copy from Lagos State, the peaceful nature of the state is worth replicated in Anambra and the accommodating nature of Yorubas in Lagos is better than those of the people of other tribes.

“If the government is able to replicate this, in no distant time, Anambra State would be like Lagos,” he said.
